Some fun and oh so interesting tidbits about me:)
Health: I think being healthy is incredibly attractive. Think about it, when you're healthy and living a lifestyle that supports your body, your mind, and spirit, you're allowing yourself to be your best. You have great hair, skin, and you feel awesome in your own body. You eat foods that nourish you instead of starve you or slow you down. You have the energy to do things and to live life. And I'm not talking about six pack abs and big boobs kind of sexy, I'm talking about a type of attractiveness that exudes out of your being. It's a spark for life, for living, and for being that people can't help but notice. It's the kind of confidence, sense of compassion, and desire to better one's self and the world that's so awesome.
Food: Anything healthy. I LOVE eating food, cooking food, chopping it up, blending it, finding recipes, reading about it, looking at it, and I sometimes even dream about it. Seriously, I love food!
So delicious: Dark chocolate with nuts or any nut butter. Yummy! I love them individually as well. I love anything dark chocolate coated and anything with natural peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter. So good! I also particularly love red (adzuki) beans. Red bean popsicles, red bean buns, really red bean anything. Avocados, pineapple, bananas, and kale make my taste buds scream with joy.
Hydration: Water! Smoothies come in second. I love making smoothies and finding ways to add vegetables to my
smoothies. And 3rd is kombucha.
Reading: You Can Heal Your Life, Integrative Nutrition, The Power of Now, World’s Healthiest Foods Cookbook,
cookbooks in general, and books that help me develop and learn.
Shows: Oprah! I don’t have t.v. but when I get a chance, that’s the show I Love to watch most! Okay, for a bit, I was kind of obsessed with Prison Break and I love Project Runway and America's Next Top Model.
Movies: House of Flying Daggers, any Tyler Perry movie, When Harry Met Sally, The Notebook, documentaries like The Future of Food and The Corporation, dance movies…Hmm…there’s a lot I like.
Fun: Eating, dancing, cooking, traveling, reading, yoga, watching movies, broadway shows, performing arts shows,
adventurous stuff except if it’s really hot (I hate the heat and the freezing cold) and singing in private karaoke rooms (also known as noraebangs in South Korea). I really enjoy going to dance classes to learn new types of dances and I love seeing new places. I’ve haven’t done as much traveling as I’d like but I’ve been able to visit South Korea, China, Panama and Cambodia.

Pug: I have an adorable 5 year old pug, Yaeger, who I refer to as my pug child. He could possibly love to eat more than me.
In China, doing a dance pose.
In Cambodia, dancing with the kids.

Food style: I don’t adhere to any labels like vegan, vegetarian, and such because I eat a wide variety of everything and I prepare my foods in all sorts of ways. My eating style changes as I change and it definitely changes with the seasons. For me, there’s so much good food out there, I just have to try everything. Sticking to one style of eating would drive me crazy and my taste buds would not be very happy with me. The underlying theme of my diet is healthy, and healthy comes in many delicious forms.
Dance: When I was living in Korea, I performed for government officials and I was even on national Korean t.v. How awesome is that?
Cirque du Soleil: I’ve had this dream of one day getting to perform with Cirque du Soleil. I had a chance to see one of their shows, Quidam, in Seoul, South Korea, and guess what? I was one of the audience members chosen to be a part of one of their skits. That’s an example of the law of attraction because let me tell you, I do not possess the acrobatic ability to be a real member of the show, so that was the closest I was gonna get.
Music: I love it all…hip hop, opera, country music, international music, African drums, hindi songs, etc.
Korican: So you may be looking at me and wondering ‘”What is she?” Just to clear it up, my mother is Korean and my father is Puerto Rican. And sadly, I do not speak Spanish or Korean. I can speak enough to order food in restaurants which is of course very important.

Me and Yaeger. I'm like a proud mom:)
